Paladio Paladio

Terms & conditions

Last updated: July 2026

Paladio is operated by Comandos Studio LLC.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or using the Paladio platform you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Paladio is a construction project management and control platform for contracting authorities: project portfolio, payment-estimate review on a 3D model, budget control and traceability. Features may evolve; specific service commitments are agreed by contract with each institution.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access, not to interfere with the operation of the service and not to use the platform for purposes other than managing their projects.

4. Ownership of information

Project information (drawings, budgets, estimates, evidence, logs) belongs to the contracting authority. Paladio acts as technical custodian and acquires no rights over that data. The software, its design and its brand are the property of Comandos Studio LLC.

5. Confidentiality and security

Paladio applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and access logging. Deployment details are defined with each institution.

6. Availability

We aim for maximum service availability without guaranteeing the total absence of interruptions. Committed service levels (SLA) are set in the corresponding contract.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is a decision-support tool: approvals, objections and payments are decisions and responsibilities of users and their institutions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Comandos Studio LLC’s total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months prior to the originating event.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance.

9. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are set in the contract signed with each institution. For use of the website, any dispute will be resolved in good faith; write to us first at c@usepaladio.com.

Preliminary document — it will be replaced by the version reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
